ENTRAN is pleased to announce that Steve Parker has joined the Lexington office as an aviation client liaison.

Steve’s 39-year career has centered around aviation, beginning with 29 years in the United States Air Force. He then served as the executive director of the Aviation Museum of Kentucky, and most recently was the deputy commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Aviation.

At ENTRAN, Steve’s responsibilities will include client development and relationship management.

ENTRAN is pleased to announce that Bob Flener, PE, PLS, PTOE has joined the Louisville office as a senior transportation engineer.

Bob has more than 34 years of transportation engineering experience, 27 of them with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet where he specialized in traffic engineering, transportation studies and permits.

At ENTRAN, Bob’s responsibilities will include traffic studies, traffic signal and lighting design,  transportation planning and business development.
